Swallet Studios lie in a woodland setting in the historic Somerset village of Doulting. This is a creative meeting place, where Sara Sales produces an extensive range of decorative pottery and fine art ceramics.
Sara welcomes other creative people to join her in Swallet Studios, amid the beautiful and unusual setting of a small woodland.
Studio spaces are available for a number of artists and craft people with access to equipment and a large kiln.
This could be the studio space you need if you enjoy peace and tranquility. A great opportunity to develop your own work, with the inspiration that comes from being around other creative people, in a beautiful environment.
Sara offers weekend workshops, weekday classes and tuition in working with clay. Her work is highly collectable and she remains true to the traditional methods of hand building, and decorating in a wide range of colour and form. Over the years Sara has developed her own unique techniques and working methods.
